Johnson Outdoors thanks retiring board member and Vice Chairman Thomas F. Pyle, Jr.

Johnson Outdoors Inc. (Nasdaq: JOUT), a leading global innovator of outdoor recreation equipment and technology, today announced that Thomas F. Pyle, Jr., director and vice chairman, will not stand for re-election to the company's board of directors during the 2022 Annual Shareholder Meeting.

His contributions and wise counsel throughout his 34 years of service have been invaluable in helping us evolve to a global leader in outdoor recreation products and to achieve a position of delivering sustained, profitable long-term growth.
