LALIZAS Alexander/Ryan Marine & Safety (ARMS) successfully relocates

LALIZAS Alexander/Ryan Marine & Safety (ARMS), has successfully started its operations in its new logistics center in Houma, Louisiana.
The business is located on new premises of 10 acres and includes offices, warehouse, liferaft and lifeboat station.
The relocation was completed during September, in a six weeks' period, supported by teams located both physically on site as well as remotely.
The main team from the LALIZAS Group, travelled from Greece, in order to coordinate relocating operations along with the ARMS team. At the same time, they were also remotely supported by colleagues in Greece.
Houma was right on the path of IDA hurricane; the second-most damaging and intense hurricane that the State of Louisiana has ever experienced. All personnel worked together in order to achieve the best possible result, in harsh weather conditions, no power and 100% humidity.
This investment of $ 4.000.000 is a significant step for further development of ARMS, which has a strong history and leading position in serving the marine and offshore industry for more than 55 years.
