Allspars Final Fling this weekend in Plymouth

by Keith Davies 11 Oct 2021 19:10 BST 16-17 October 2021

There is just under a week to go before this year's Allspars Final Fling on the 16th and 17th of October at the Royal Western Yacht Club in Plymouth.

With entries coming in steadily and final preparations being made with the sailing instructions to go live on Wednesday we have taken the decision to drop the late entry fee to encourage as many participants to turn up and enjoy two days of great racing and social following the difficult past 18 months.

The race format is the same as in previous years 2 average lap races followed by a lap round the breakwater on the Saturday and 2 average lap races followed by a long distance round the cans race on the Sunday.

There is currently a favourable dry forecast with up to 15 kts although this may change as the week goes on. For Notice of Race and entry details please vist The Royal Western Yacht Club of England | Allspars Final Fling Dinghy Regatta web page.

Any class of dinghy welcome we look forward to seeing as many as participants as possible for this great weekend event.
