The RYA Dinghy Show is becoming the RYA Dinghy and Watersports Show presented by Suzuki, for 2022 as it heads to Farnborough International for the first time on the weekend of 26-27 February.

Along with the traditional and much-loved dinghy sailing exhibitors, talks and features, the show will also showcase a range of watersports.

"For many of us our time afloat has been extra valuable over the past two years so we're really excited to be able to once again dedicate a live show to having a good time on the water whether dinghy cruising, racing, windsurfing, paddleboarding or any of the other ways you can get afloat," says RYA Director of Sport Development, Rob Clark.

"The new venue and growth in participation of all watersports has presented us with an opportunity to bring the industry together to offer a bigger show, with even more adventures and activities for the cost of a ticket. We also want to reflect the fantastic multisport activities offered by our affiliated clubs, centres and organisations."

What's on offer?

Along with the new additions, the 2022 Show will be packed full of hands-on dinghy displays and demos, all the latest kit and gear, interactive workshops and coaching sessions plus plenty of opportunities to catch up with old friends.

World class speakers will provide expert advice across three stages, with the chance to see Virtual Dinghy Show host Hannah Diamond in the flesh when she teams up with instructor and presenter Lee Timothy to host the 2022 show.

For families that love being active outdoors, the show promises a great day out with plenty to inspire and entertain all ages including simulators, activity pool, eSailing, competitions and the famous treasure hunt.

Rob Clark concludes "The Dinghy and Watersports Show is organised by the RYA to benefit the sport and industry by bringing together the community and inspiring people to get afloat. We'd like to thank our exhibitors and sponsor for supporting us to create a Covid safe show and look forward to sharing some exciting new features over the next few weeks."

Tickets for the RYA Dinghy & Watersports Show will go on sale at the end of October.
