Southern Marinas Holdings II, LLC, a partnership between a Denver-based private investment firm and Southern Marinas, LLC, announced today the purchase of Sequoyah Marina, located on Norris Lake in Andersonville, Tennessee.

Sequoyah Marina is ideally located in picturesque East Tennessee, just 25 miles from Knoxville, Tennessee. Situated on Norris Lake, boaters have access to 800 miles of shoreline covering 34,000 acres of pristine waters, hundreds of secluded coves, wildlife, and two state parks. Norris Lake is a popular destination for boating, watersports, fishing, hiking, and camping. The full-service marina encompasses over 430 wet slips for vessels up to 80' and the facility features a restaurant, boat rentals, a ship's store and fuel dock. In operation for over 30 years, Sequoyah has been through multiple expansions, including: additional wet slips, an enlarged ship's store and restaurant, and a private banquet room overlooking the lake that can be rented for private events.

"Sequoyah Marina is truly a beautiful location with fantastic amenities and unlimited potential," said Andrew Gendron, principal and chief investment officer with Southern Marinas. "It is the perfect addition to Southern's rapidly growing portfolio of premier marinas, and we look forward to further enhancing the customer experience at this location."

This purchase marks Southern Marinas third acquisition within the last 30 days as they continue to build a strong portfolio of best-in-class marinas strategically located across the United States.
