As the organizer of the Platu25 Europeans 2021, Odessa Racing Yacht Club encourages teams to file entry applications for the event. Those who manage to apply before June 30 will enjoy an early-bird discount. In addition, there are special terms for accommodation and travel support.

The inaugural Platu25 European Championship is scheduled for 4-10 October 2021. Before the event, the Ukrainian Platu25 Nationals will be held (30 September - 03 October 2021).

Currently Ukraine is experiencing a real boom of interest towards the Platu25 class. From two boats, the National Platu25 Association has grown to more than 40 in less than ten years. Thanks to the Association and clubs proactivity the class enjoys more than 30 events during the season.

The 2020 Ukrainian Platu25 Nationals held in Odessa delighted competitors with close fight and intense racing because of the perfect pro-am composition. On the international level, the Ukrainians are very competitive as well.

Therefore, it is no wonder that Black Sea-based Odessa was chosen to host the Platu25 Europeans 2021. Given the perfect open sea location, fantastic racing conditions and good facilities, Odessa Racing Yacht Club is proud to welcome the international Platu25 fleet.

The city itself is worth discovering as well. Relatively young, Odessa is full of life. The city developed its own unique spirit that is treasured by locals and attracts visitors from all around the world.

For the Plaru25 class the 2021 year promises to be intense after some Covid-related slow down. In August, the fleet will gather for the 2021 Worlds in Nida Marina (LTU). Then from September 30, Ukraine follows up the racing link with the Platu25 Nationals and from October 4 the Europeans.

As organizers of the events, together with EUROSAF, IPCA and National Association, Odessa Racing Yacht Club and Black Sea Yacht Club are proudly welcoming competitors to enter now.
