Whittley QLD is located in the heart of the bustling marine hub of the Coomera Marine Precinct at The Boat Works. Whittley QLD is owned by the Whittley Family who have over 65 years' experience in the boating industry. The business is run by Laurie Jackson and Aaron Herd, who have big plans for the iconic boating brand as it continues to expand in south east Queensland in 2021.

Laurie Jackson, General Manager at Whittley QLD, had this to say about the exciting new announcement and the move to the dealership providing marine servicing. "Since January last year when we opened our new dealership in Coomera, the public have been asking if the company would offer a complete service and maintenance program. With the introduction of the new customer service division, we can now offer marine services to over 10,000 Whittley owners in QLD. Both servicing from The Boat Works Complex and mobile at home services are offered, ensuring the customer new boat buying experience continues long after the initial new boat hand over has ended."

Since the new Whittley QLD business was started in January, it has grown to be the leading new boat sales facility for locally made, quality trailerable fiberglass boats in the state. Leading the new service division as Whittley QLD Service Manager, is recently employed Aaron Herd, who comes to the Whittley business with over 22 years-experience in the industry and a strong understanding of marine engines, trailers and boats. The new business will service all major brands of stern drives and outboard powered boats.

Mr. Herd, had this to say about the exciting announcement. "It is sensational to be working alongside Mr. Jackson at Whittley QLD as Service Manager. Having run service yards on the Gold Coast for many years, I look forward to implementing my detailed knowledge of boat service and maintenance to the Whittley QLD dealership and offering this new service to our established customer base. When the role was offered to work with such a well-respected local boat building company as the Whittley Family, I could not pass it up!"

Mr. Herd continued to say. "Boat service and post-sales support is often overlooked when purchasing a new boat. Customers can now expect a post sales service experience that is truly industry leading. For a full turn key boating experience, from a drum of resin and the new boat build to post-sales support and service, Whittley QLD has you covered." The Whittley QLD customer service division will offer services that include the fitment of Whittley Factory Supplied options, engine and trailer servicing and on-going warranty support for Whittley customers, as well as other boat brands. Catering for spare parts, anchor winches, marine electronics supply and fitment, boat and trailer modifications; no matter how big or small the job is that customers require, the Whittley Coomera based service team has you covered!

"The new division within the QLD business is taking new service bookings effective from the second half of January 2021. Mr. Herd finished by saying.
