Barton Marine will present their own Virtual METSTRADE 2020 event from the 16th to the 20th November. METSTRADE is hugely important in the marine industry calendar, and the cancellation this year required prompt action to create a new exhibition plan.

Barton's Virtual METSTRADE event will include the launch of an immersive 3d exhibition experience, enabling the trade to browse, watch videos and discover more about the wide range of deck equipment, Swobbit products and marine essentials available from Barton, just as they would have experienced at Amsterdam RAI. Here is the 3d showcase, just click the link: my.matterport.com/show/?m=Mi6r57yv881&brand=0

The complete Barton exhibition stand is set up in the middle of the Barton warehouse next to the factory in Whitstable, England, and wired to host live Zoom meetings all day, everyday throughout the week. To date, 27 appointments have been scheduled with customers around the world, with many more to come. The Barton team always host back to back meetings throughout the three days of METSTRADE to build relationships, understand client needs and develop targets for the following year. Activities too important to delay or skip until 2021.

The annual Barton Drinks Party has become a much loved tradition at METS which could not be ignored in the virtual event! Letterbox Hampers containing an array of liquid and edible UK goodies have been sent to all global distributors to ensure that the party goes on regardless!

Suzanne Blaustone, CEO Barton Marine said, "We find ourselves in unusual times, but how fortunate to still meet with our colleagues, customers and friends through the virtual world that connects us all. Although its a huge shame not to meet face to face this year, we know our virtual event will enable our Barton Team to be well prepared for 2021 and whatever challenges arise within our global customer network."
