MarineMax Vacations is pleased to announce the expansion of their charter offering to The Bahamas via a strategic partnership with one of the world's leading sailing charter operators, Navigare Yachting.

MarineMax Vacations in The Bahamas, operated by Navigare Yachting, is reopening December 1 for charter guests. The partnership includes a fleet of sailboats and a fleet of the award-winning Aquila power catamarans. Navigare Yachting will manage The Bahamas operation under the MarineMax Vacations name.

"We are very excited to partner with Navigare to further expand our product offering to The Abacos, in The Bahamas," said Raul Bermudez, Vice President of MarineMax Vacations. "Navigare is one of the world's industry leaders for sailing charter vacations. Our shared vision to create an exceptional vacation experience is key with our mutual passion for unmatched guest service, yacht maintenance, and expert delivery."

Jesper Ronngard, CEO of Navigare Yachting, comments, "Our vision is to be the industry leader, providing the best possible service. Our partnership with MarineMax, who shares the same passion for delivering the best service and providing the best equipment, expands our product offering to our loyal customers."

The new power yacht fleet will begin by offering the two-cabin Aquila 362 cruiser model and a three-cabin Aquila 443. The expansion of the fleet includes more than 20 yachts in the first year. The operation will be based at Marsh Harbor in The Abacos, in The Bahamas, and will be available for guests starting December 1, 2020.

Sarah Ann Showell, Owner of The Green Turtle Club, located on Green Turtle Cay, Abacos comments, "The announcement of these charter companies returning to the Abacos is yet another wonderful show of all the newness and excitement happening in our area. The future for Abaco and it's boating visitors is incredibly bright."

Paradise is closer than you think—one flight, one taxi, and one COVID test away from your next charter vacation in The Bahamas. Bareboat and crewed charters are available immediately and can be booked through MarineMax Vacations at 813-644-8071 and online at www.MarineMaxVacations.com.
