GKA Distance Battle just over a week away

The GKA Distance Battle, a first of its kind, online, kitesurfing competition is about to start and the competition will begin with the Men's Freestyle heats.

Over the last month athletes from around the world have been giving it their all, riding their home spots and recording the action, ready to be used as heat entries for the GKA Distance Battle.

The waiting is finally over, on Tuesday 22nd of September we will see the start of the online competition and the beginning of the live action. Get ready to see your favourite GKA athletes back on the water doing what they live for! Competition starts with the Men's Twintip Freestyle Quarterfinals, they will be broadcast online via the GKA Distance Battle event page, with running commentary from Jo Ciastula and feedback from the official GKA judges team, along with live interviews with riders.
