metrica, a global leader in the luxury superyacht and interiors segment, has completed the acquisition of a new facility in Greifenburg, Austria.

Known as "metrica Austria GmbH," the new space will further expand metrica's global manufacturing and engineering capabilities, with the intended goal of increasing bandwidth and capacity for the company's European yacht division, as well as its rapidly growing North American residential division.

Providing customers with high-quality yachts and residential interiors is always top of mind, and the acquisition of this new Austrian home base aligns with this mission, as well as the company's investment strategy aimed at exceeding future customers' expectations. metrica is now represented by 275 employees across all locations—including its German and North American headquarters.

"Having honed our craft for more than three centuries, we have built a reputation as the premier company for the finest materials and craftsmanship," said Kai Dittmar, CEO of metrica worldwide. "The market today requires investments to develop new innovations and markets, and with this new acquisition, metrica will expand its capabilities to ensure all deliverables are on target—a quality that guarantees clients control, reliability, and guidance. I am greatly looking forward to overseeing metrica Austria while continuing to develop our worldwide brand with strategy and future investments."

metrica's roots began in Münster, Germany back in 1681, and consists of expert carpenters, technicians, engineers, architects, and artisans, each highly skilled in developing iconic interiors and superyacht outfittings. The company's commitment to providing unparalleled craftsmanship and exclusive interior fittings, along with its focus on superior customer service, as noted in metrica's guiding principle, 'Your way to perfection,' has cemented its legacy for providing clientele with unmatched quality from design through delivery.
