Do you want a few minutes peace? Bring on Barton Activity Sheets

Barton Marine wants to help entertain your children and give parents a few minutes peace and quiet!  Given that schools remain closed with many families harbouring at home, keeping children occupied can be difficult.  Going forwards, Barton Marine will be creating weekly activity sheets to play a small part in helping our young sailors stay busy at home.  Download the first few Barton Marine activity sheets below! Just click the images to get your A4 print ready PDF.

Supporting the Re-Opening of the Industry

Barton are currently working with Lindemann in Germany and Barrus in the UK to help yachting businesses re-open following the relaxing of lockdown whilst protecting staff and customers through social distancing.  We want to make sure that boating stays open for all to enjoy.

We have created bright visible floor stickers which are made from high quality, non-slip vinyl with a low tack adhesive to ensure flooring is not damaged when the time comes to remove them.  We think they do the job far better than tape.  Helping boaters keep their distance in chandleries and yacht clubs around Europe.

If you would like to partner with us to support social distancing in your region, please let us know.

Lions, Tigers, Gorillas, Bears and... Barton

Check out this great video of "Oberon the Destroyer" busily doing what bears do!  (Eating peanut butter from a pipe).  One of our more unusual but exciting projects has been to support Howletts Wild Animal Park with a number of blocks in size 6 and 7 for cage control.  Making sure the animals have safe access to different areas of their enclosures is vital for their wellbeing.  Like all leisure attractions in the UK, the park is shut to visitors putting a huge strain on finances.  The animals require the same care and attention with food and heating, so we are pleased to be able to support the park with our equipment. Find out more about Howletts Wild Animal Park here.  Discover the Barton range of blocks here.

Rina and Oberon two spectacled bears from Peru.  Oberon, the Master of Destruction, is the bigger bear on the right.  Both enjoying a Peanut Butter treat.
