In conversation with B&G's Alan Davis

We spoke to Alan Davis, the Executive Vice President at B&G, a company he has continuously worked at for 25 years. Through his time in the sector, instruments have moved from CRT (Cathode Ray Tube) displays, to the latest daylight visible devices with sensor accuracy improving with every generation.

Alan describes the challenges and development in both hardware and software, particularly when operating devices in a marine environment, the meaning of 'familiarity' when it comes to user interfaces and chats about his own sailing, an area which he believes is a key of his role within B&G.
