Luxury British boatbuilder, Fairline Yachts, announces the appointment of Steve Leeson as Sales Manager for the Americas.

With an impressive career spanning more than three decades in the marine sector, Steve is a welcome (re)addition to the Fairline family. His career began in 1986 as an apprentice with Fairline in Oundle, relocating with the brand to America in 2004.

Most recently Vice President at Sunseeker USA, Steve brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in dealer recruitment, training and retail sales both in Europe and the Americas, alongside a strong understanding of the Fairline brand and its world-class yachts.

Steve has valuable experience in understanding the requirements of Fairline's varied global customer base, drawing on his knowledge managing hundreds of high-profile customer yacht handovers.

Commenting on his new position, Steve says, "I feel privileged to join the Fairline team as Sales Manager for the Americas. I have great aspirations for developing the brand's dealer network across the region and am looking forward to achieving sustainable sales growth and exploring new opportunities in both the established and emerging boating markets."

Steve will be responsible for sales and delivery of boats across Canada, North America and South America, and will work alongside the already well-established dealer network to support their activity.

Peter McNulty, Chief Operating Officer at Fairline Yachts, adds, "Despite us all facing uncertain times on a global scale, we are pleased to share this positive news. We are really happy to welcome Steve back to Fairline. He brings valuable knowledge and connections to the brand, and we are looking forward to working together closely to maximise the business development opportunities the Americas have to offer."
