The spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus continues to dominate the news and is causing impact around the world. We are monitoring developments closely and connecting with you directly to communicate the precautionary measures we are taking at our Henri-Lloyd retail stores and throughout our business to protect the health and safety of both you and our employees.
Following the latest Public Health guidelines from local governments and the World Health Organisation, we have put in place enhanced health and hygiene measures across our entire business to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable visit whilst we operate in a safe and responsible manner.
- We have enhanced the frequency and scope of our onsite cleanliness measures to include sanitisation of high touch points and increased availability of soap and/or hand sanitizer in community spaces in all of our buildings including our European factory, Head Office and Retail Stores.
- Henri-Lloyd has temporarily restricted all non-essential international and domestic business travel for our employees.
- All of our employees are following local health authority advice to stay home if they're feeling unwell.
We remain in close contact with our teams and local governments and the World Health Organisation, so we can prepare for all eventualities as this challenging situation continues to evolve.
We are very much open for business and are committed to providing you with world class service online and through our stores as well as continuing to manufacture world class product in our European production centre.
Our products have protected sailors, adventurers and pioneers through the harshest of conditions for the past six decades. The safety of our customers, friends and family have always been at the forefront of what we do and that will never change.
Best wishes,
Hans Eckerström
Chairman
