Horizon Yachts will once again command attention during the Palm Beach International Boat Show with its exciting lineup of yachts. Ranging in size from 52 to 110 feet, no fewer than seven new Horizon yachts will be on hand, representing five of the builder's distinct series.

Situated on Ramp 1, this year's display will include the 2020 E56, the Jonathan Quinn Barnett-designed V68, two models from the acclaimed FD Series - including an FD80 and an FD87 - the brand new PC52 and PC65 power catamarans, and a new RP110.

The highly successful FD Series of yachts will be well represented at this year's show. From the drawing boards of renown designer Cor D. Rover, the FD Series is one of the industry's fastest growing yacht series, with seven models created and 20 yachts sold to clients around the world in just three years. Lauded for its voluminous interior and High-Performance Piercing Bow and hull design, the FD Series now spans 75 feet to 125 feet in length.

The FD80 Skyline has been specified for the American market and features a four-stateroom layout with an on-deck master and beach club - a unique addition for a yacht of this size. Three additional ensuite staterooms on the lower deck comprise a forward VIP, queen and twin cabins.

Enhanced by large sections of glass and a fully opening folding glass door that accesses the salon, the FD80 Skyline's interior captures the casual elegance of an oceanfront retreat. Within the 23ft beam, the extended main salon boasts a bright and contemporary décor with an innovative convertible dining table that folds into a breakfast bar to maximize space.

On the upper deck, the FD80 Skyline's enclosed skylounge is further enhanced by an inviting bar and grill area situated just aft on the boat deck while an inviting lounging area features on the foredeck. This model also features a spacious beach club and crew quarters aft.

Also representing the FD Series is a new FD87 Skyline. The most popular model in the FD range, the FD87 incorporates superyacht amenities into its voluminous design as well as a five-stateroom layout with an on-deck master.

Augmented by large windows and highlighted by oak woodwork, the main salon spans the 23' 3" beam and features a folding dining table/breakfast bar among the innovative amenities. The galley can be separated from the salon via privacy doors and a Hi/Lo island partition. Crew quarters and four spacious guest staterooms reside on the lower deck while the upper deck features an enclosed skylounge with helmstation.

The exterior areas of each Horizon FD Series yacht are maximized, and the foredeck aboard the latest FD87 Skyline has been designed with a sprawling sunpad and large u-shaped seating area forward, to accommodate not only cocktail hour but sunbathers and those wishing to enjoy the unobstructed views while cruising. Aft of the enclosed skylounge on the upper deck, a bar with stools, a dinette and lounging area and a barbecue invite al fresco relaxation. A fully equipped beach club and Hi/Lo swim platform are standard.

Designed from stem to stern to incorporate every amenity desired aboard a large, long-range yacht but tailored for effortless owner/operation, the stylish Horizon V68 is the result of a long collaboration between the yard and designer Jonathan Quinn Barnett.

Distinguished by a plumb bow and wide beam, the V68 offers a three-or four-cabin layout with a midship master suite. Optional crew quarters are situated aft. On the main deck, the design emphasizes unobstructed views to enhance the feeling of spaciousness with an open salon that flows into a large joined galley and country kitchen.

The V68 is the third model in Horizon's V Series, which includes a V72 and V80. Equipped with twin CAT C18s of 1,150hp each, the V68 tops out at 25 knots and cruises comfortably at 20 knots.

The largest yacht at the Horizon display in terms of overall length is the RP110. With exterior styling by J.C. Espinosa and naval architecture by Donald L. Blount and Associates (DLBA), the RP110 Hull Four has been specified for the American market.

Configured with a five-stateroom layout, including an on-deck master, the RP110 offers numerous design elements throughout, from the Swarovski crystal overhead light fixture in the main dining room to the Swarovski crystal knobs on the headboard in the master, to the patterned wallcovering on the dining room bulkhead that serves to add further visual interest.

The RP110 offers extensive outdoor areas, including a tender garage that can serve as a beach club, a large aft deck, and a flybridge with a full bar, dinette seating and a Jacuzzi. Additionally, the RP110's innovative double-chine hull design provides excellent sea keeping, stability and shallow draft, along with advanced hydrodynamics to minimize drag and improve performance overall.

A perfect motor yacht for the entry-level yachtsman, the Horizon E56 combines performance and interior amenities for sporty luxury on the water. The classically styled yacht boasts a sleek exterior profile that hints at her under-the-water performance, which is augmented by bow and stern thrusters and a CAT C12.9 850HP engine package.

Accommodating guests in a full-beam master stateroom amidships, a single stateroom to starboard and a VIP forward on the lower deck, the E56 has been designed and fitted throughout to accommodate owner operation, from the interior and flybridge helm stations to the dual main deck aft docking stations.

Completing the Horizon showcase are two new launches from the Horizon Power Catamaran (PC) Series - the PC65 and PC52. The PC65's advanced hull design is the culmination of decades of catamaran hull development, tank testing and CFD analysis. Designed to appeal to the seasoned yachtsman, the PC65 is available in Open Flybridge or Skylounge versions with several layout and custom interior options.

Launched in January 2020, the PC65 features an Open Flybridge configuration and will make its U.S. debut at the Palm Beach show. Commissioned by a high-profile businessman who is also an avid sailor, this four-stateroom yacht features exquisite woodworking throughout, from traditional teak-and-holly floors to customized compass rose inlays.

The spacious main salon occupies most of the yacht's 24' 6" beam and houses a large bar running along the starboard side faced by an Lshaped seating area to port. Forward, the bright master stateroom takes advantage of the windows that wrap around the main deck.

On the lower deck, three staterooms are nestled within the hulls; a queen and double in the starboard hull and a twin and crew quarters in the port. Powered by twin CAT C12-9 diesels, the newest PC65 has an impressive 24.7-knot top speed and is yet another showcase of Horizon's ability to execute detailed and flawless customization.

Rounding out the expansive Horizon Yachts showcase at Palm Beach this year is the ever-popular PC52 power catamaran. The ideal ocean-going, family cruising yacht, the PC52 offers a three-cabin layout that sleeps six in comfort, with the entire starboard hull dedicated to the owners.

This latest PC52 was commissioned for an American owner who specified three types of burl wood throughout the inviting interior, which comprises three cabins including a king-size master, a large galley, beamy salon and an open flybridge with a BBQ. Powered by Cummins 550hp engines, the PC52 cruises at 17 knots with a top speed of 22 knots.
