Experience the highly acclaimed Barton Ratchet block out on the water with Christian Brewer, Barton Sales Manager, fitted to his Laser. Providing superb control of loaded handheld lines, the twelve faced sheave provides low friction running alongside a high break load of 1200kg.
The 55mm Barton Ratchet Block is designed to be used on mainsheet systems and spinnaker sheets on dinghies and keelboats, and for small yachts up to 30 feet.
Providing longevity in harsh marine environments, the Ratchet Block body is manufactured from a composite of high density nylon and glass fibre reinforced polymer with a high level of UV protection. Internal components are of marine grade 316 stainless steel and the 12 faced aluminium sheave is anodised in gunmetal silver.
The Ratchet Block will be available to demonstrate on stand B22 at the RYA Dinghy Show.
