Save the date: RYA Webinar on Club Member Satisfaction

by RYA 29 Jan 2020 09:00 GMT 30 January 2020

The next webinar in the RYA's series is scheduled to take place on 7pm, Thursday 30th January 2020.

This time we are communicating the findings of a piece of research we've been carrying out over the last couple of years which aims to increase club member satisfaction and reduce membership churn (percentage of your membership that leave every year). As the old adage suggest, "It's much easier to keep a customer, than attract a new one!" so, how do we stop members leaving and how do we better engage our current membership?

The research helps us identify how clubs can most easily increase the satisfaction of their current members. This should mean members are less likely to leave the club and less time is required to attract more members to replace them. It may actually probably lead to more of your members promoting your club to their friends and family meaning lots of free promotion and goodwill!

Join us and hear the findings of the research and also some experiences of clubs who have managed to use the research to increase the satisfaction of their club membership.

As before, we'll be joined by an expert panel to discuss the findings and to answer questions from the audience. RYA representatives will be joined by Mark Jardine of YachtsandYachting.com

If you can't join us, please sign up anyway and you'll be able to hear the recording after the live show: Register for the webinar (it is all free).
