NeilPryde Sailing is offering a unique chance for sailors of all ages to tell us why you think you should be one of our 'Team Riders' for 2020. The selected winners will get a fantastic clothing allowance so that you can wear some of the great Neil Pryde kit whilst competing, as well as being part of this exclusive team.
The iconic Neil Pryde brand, long the favourite of windsurfers and competitive dinghy sailors, has used decades of experience to develop some of the best active sailing clothing available and our past and present Team Riders are both envied and admired.
For your chance to be a NeilPryde Sailing Team Rider, please complete the following application process:
- Just write 250 words about your sailing or watersports achievements so far and your goals for the future, including your sailing plans for 2020
- Tell us why you think you should be part of the NeilPryde Sailing Team
- Send your words, along with a picture and/or footage of yourself, to npsteamriders@typhoon-int.co.uk no later than 16th February 2020.
- The only other thing you need to do is to 'like' our Facebook and other social media pages
The 2020 Team Riders will be selected by a judging panel which includes YachtsandYachting.com editor and top sailor Mark Jardine, NeilPryde Sailing ambassador and Laser champion Jon Emmett and representatives from NeilPryde Sailing. There is no upper or lower age limit. The competition is open to dinghy helm and crew pairs as well as individuals.
Team Riders will feature in our publicity throughout the year, and we will invite you to a photoshoot at the RYA Dinghy Show in March 2020. All you will have to do during the year is feature our stickers on your boat and provide us with a bi-monthly blog and social media tags on your social media channels, as well as allowing us to make film and photo footage of your sailing in action.
