2019 was a year to remember for Marquis Yachts. What started out as a somber year with the passing of Marquis Yachts' owner, Irwin Jacobs rebounded with many achievements and accomplishments the more than 300 associates have celebrated throughout the year:

  • Market introduction of the new Lexus LY 650 in September at the Lexus "Beyond the Road" event and again at the Ft. Lauderdale International Boat Show to much lauded fanfare and media attention
  • Relaunch of the Marquis brand and introduction of the M42 day boat at Ft. Lauderdale International Boat Show
  • Establishment of 2 new dealer partners
  • Rolling 12-month 3rd quarter 2019 Market share and unit sales increases 10% and 29% respectively for the market segments Marquis Yachts participates in as reported by Statistical Surveys
  • Earning the IBI Boat Builder of the Year award for our collaboration with Toyota Motor Corporation to bring the LY 650 to market and implementation of the Toyota Production System (TPS) into our production facility
  • Largest Ft. Lauderdale Boat Show based on retail sales dollars, $7MM+
"2019 was an exciting year, one for the memory book," stated Marquis Yachts President & CEO, Rob Parmentier. He went on to say, "the strength and resiliency of my Marquis co-workers and our dealer partners is what has propelled us forward to reach our goals and reach these objectives."

Marquis Yachts will continue to move the needle in 2020 and make strides to leap frog our winning ways and successes from 2019. "We have already busted the doors open on 2020 - retailing four boats and confirmation of a new dealer since the start of the year. You too can look to see a new model, maybe two introduced in 2020 as well," added Parmentier.
