Northside Marina Ventures is pleased to announce the debut of the "New" Harborage Yacht Club & Marina in Stuart, Florida. Northside, which owns and manages Harborage, recently completed an $8 million state of the art renovation of the beautiful facility situated where the Intracoastal Waterway, the Atlantic Ocean and the Okeechobee Waterway all interconnect. The "New" Harborage is proud to offer its members and guests an abundance of first-class, upgraded amenities and luxuries for when they dock and/or prepare for their next adventure at sea.

"Harborage Yacht Club & Marina is a beloved icon of the Stuart community with a rich local history shared by many guests who have spent years vacationing, and docking, and living here," said Mark Begelman, CEO of Harborage Yacht Club & Marina. "This transformation is the dawn of a new era for Harborage and will provide our guests a nautical east coast destination yacht club and marina - all while still embracing the past that shaped our celebrated story.

The "New" Harborage Yacht Club & Marina provides cruising boaters, as well as hometown locals, with a special spot to store or stay aboard their vessel. The newly modernized and upgraded Marina & Yacht Club provides members with a slip rental, as well as a suite of Class A premium amenities and resources that are second to none. The Yacht Club's elegant three-story Clubhouse offers an array of the finest facilities, all designed to make daily life as comfortable and rewarding as possible for Marina Guests.

Members are invited to indulge, exercise and relax amidst Class A amenities, while they prepare for their next cruise. The heated pool with spa provides a perfect vacation-style atmosphere where members can lounge poolside and enjoy a refreshing swim with a gorgeous view of the waterfront and downtown Stuart in the background. They can also be pampered with a cleansing experience in the sauna and steam rooms, located steps away from the state-of-the-art fitness center, which is equipped with free weights, cardio machines and more. Private showers and restrooms are also available exclusively for Marina & Yacht Club members.

The "New" Harborage Yacht Club & Marina also boasts an Outdoor Bar & Grill adjacent to the clubhouse pool and TideHouse, a brand-new waterfront restaurant, for those who want to enjoy a scrumptious bite from the grill or sip on a tropical drink and/or enjoy the beautiful waterfront view. Set on the second floor, overlooking the "New" Harborage Yacht Club & Marina, TideHouse features an eclectic menu of New American Cuisine, and is open to both Marina & Yacht Club members and to the public.

The "New" Harborage Marina offers annual, seasonal and monthly and daily memberships dockage for boating enthusiasts. The floating and fixed docks are designed to comfortably accommodate vessels up to 290-120 feet. The docks feature brand-new Composite Decking with renovated & high speed upgraded Fuel Pumps, 30-, 50- and 100-amp service, Electric Pedestals, a dockside Pump-Out Station and Dock House and ship store.

Harborage Marina offers only marine-specific, non-ethanol fuel from high-speed pumps, and the finest related oil products through the Ships Store. Located on the South side of the East Marina, the fuel dock is an easy-to-use fixed dock 300-feet long which can accommodate most vessels. All members receive a $.15/gallon "members only" discount on all fuel purchases and fuel is available seven days a week. Additionally, the Ships Store carries an array of merchandise as well as snacks and cold drinks.

Other exclusive amenities for Yacht Club members and their guests include a professionally trained crew, a Harbor Master's office, valet parking, reserved parking, free Wi-Fi, a golf cart shuttle from your boat to the Yacht Club, laundry facilities, a Captain's/Crew Lounge, a kickback deck and firepit, free potable dockside water, a convenience store, 24-hour security CCTV cameras, a coded gate and more.

The "New" Harborage Yacht Club & Marina is located off US-1, within a short walking distance of historic downtown Stuart and immediately across the Roosevelt Bridge on the St. Lucie River, allowing direct passage, with no bridges to the Atlantic Ocean, Intracoastal Waterway, and Florida's beautiful west coast through the Okeechobee Waterway. This lush and serene destination is just 7.4 nautical miles from the St. Lucie Inlet and 7 nautical miles from the St. Lucie Lock. The town of Stuart, known to boaters far and wide for its charm and beauty is home to the "New" Harborage Yacht Club & Marina, the perfect home, and home away from home, on Florida's Treasure Coast.
