Entry open for 50th anniversary West Mersea Round the Island Race

The Round Mersea Island Race 2019 will be the 50th running of the event. This year we welcome once again entries from windsurfer race boards, rowing boats (gigs/skiffs), dinghies and catamarans.

Entry is OPEN forms are available from the West Mersea Yacht Club. The Notice of Race is available on line at www.wmyc.org.uk together with entry forms or through the West Mersea Yacht Club office.

Fee £20 per vessel, see entry form for details.

For safety reasons the maximum number of boats we can safely accommodate irrespective of type is 150, so enter early. Once that total number is reached we will start a waiting list.

Annual EAORA 90 mile race from West Mersea to Ostend On Friday 22nd September at 7am, eight IRC yachts and one MOCRA Trimaran raced in the annual 90 mile race from West Mersea to Ostend. The Round Mersea Island Race 2023 Preview
