Fireball Gul Golden Dolphin Series Round 4 at Blackwater this weekend

This weekend (15/16 June) is the next Gul Golden Dolphin Event, which is being held at Blackwater Sailing Club in Essex. There are five races; three on Saturday and two on Sunday. Saturday's briefing is at 09:30 with the first race scheduled for 10:15 so visitors are welcome to camp at the club.

The Open is part of the Gul Golden Dolphin Series. Gul is continuing their fantastic support to the UK Fireball Association through sponsorship of this series, with prizes awarded to the top 3 positions in each of the Bronze, Silver and Gold fleets, as well as overall prizes in the series (again distributed through the fleet).

Remember, to qualify for the Golden Dolphin Series and to be eligible to win the Gul vouchers, competitors must be members of the Fireball Association. Membership requirements are defined on the UKFA website.

Some experienced competitors found the challenge a bit too robust Yesterday's Frostbites in Dun Laoghaire Harbour were a test for organisers and competitors alike.
