Staunton Harold Sailing Club is opening its doors to sailors up and down the country and inviting them to join their Open Sunday Afternoon Spring Series.

For just £50 per boat, sailors can join the club's Sunday Afternoon Spring Series which runs from March through till May. This is a fourteen race series for monohull, non-foiling dinghies with a PY above 900. Racing will be under PY handicap with half the total number sailed plus one to count. Racing will be on the "average lap" format with separate starts for fast handicap, slow handicap and Lasers. The series is scheduled to run on Sundays between 17th March and 5th May 2019, inclusive, excluding Sunday 31st March.

Sailors who sign up for the series will enjoy temporary membership benefits and a boat park allocation at the club for the duration of the series. Membership benefits include: great facilities - modern, comfortable members bar and club house, newly refurbished changing rooms, a voluntary competitively priced galley, and of course an idyllic setting. Plus of course a very warm welcome from the membership!
