As northern boat owners start taking off winter covers, their southern counterparts are deep into mid-season. Both are invariably faced with dingy, dirty fiberglass that's lost its luster. FSR (Fiberglass Stain Remover) from Davis Instruments is the fast and easy way to clean a wide variety of gelcoat and painted surfaces. It's so effective, it's used by the US Navy.

FSR is a unique non-abrasive, stain-absorbing gel that's safe to use on most surfaces. It's equally effective on deck as it is below, and for cleaning waterline and transom scum, it works like magic. It removes rust, oil, exhaust residue, leaf tannin, fish blood and the yellowing that's so common on white fiberglass and paint.

Using Davis Instruments FSR couldn't be easier. After testing a small area, it's applied with a brush, sponge or cloth. After a few minutes, it's simply wiped off and/or rinsed. It doesn't require sanding, compounding or lots of elbow grease.
