The WASZP UK Class and Zhik are delighted to announce their exciting new partnership as we enter the 2019 season. The partnership will see Zhik becoming headline sponsors for the WASZP class in the UK.

"Zhik are a global clothing brand and with the WASZP is going from strength to strength, we are confident that the partnership will deliver an enhanced experience for our class sailors," says Victoria Payne (UK Class Secretary).

"We have watched the WASZP class grow, becoming a huge success. It is great to see the class develop, but truly exciting to watch them race. We are delighted to align with such new and inclusive class." Tristan Hutt (Zhik UK Sales Manager)

The WASZP was launched in July 2016 and has continued to grow dramatically ever since. At the RYA Dinghy Show in March 2019 the UK WASZP Class will be exhibiting boat number 700. With over 10% of the global fleet (75 boats) based in the UK the 2019 season will see big numbers attending the UK circuit.

Sailingfast (UK WASZP distributors) have recently teamed up with Zhik and are fully stocked with Zhik Clothing.

"I am thrilled to be working with two of the World's most dynamic marine brands. At Sailingfast we are passionate about supplying the very best products to keep our customers happy on the water." Duncan Hepplewhite (Sailingfast Founder and Owner)

Sailingfast will be onsite at WASZP UK's events to support the WASZP fleet. Whether you need a WASZP widget or a Zhik Superwarm or PFD2, we will have the mobile chandlery available to keep you on the water for longer.

You can view the full range of our Zhik clothing online at www.sailingfast.co.uk or drop by the shop if you see us at an event or Sailingfast HQ in Falkirk.
