The ISCA World Council met on October 10th, 2018 at the Carolina Yacht Club and elected a new Board of Directors for the 2018 – 2020 Period.
Newly elected Board members include Richard Chapman as ISCA President and John Butine as ISCA Measurer. Guillermo Cappelleti (ISCA Vice-president), Vicki Palmer (ISCA Secretary), and Sonya Dean (ISCA Treasurer) will continue for another 2-year term.
