Need some knowledge of the 'blue jobs' around the boat? Need to feel more confident about what to do in an emergency?

Well, this is the course for you. Introduction to Boat Systems, a women's-only course, will provide a very non-technical approach to understanding basic boat systems:

  • Mechanical (engine)
  • Electrical
  • Water; and
  • How to convince your partner that you need to know how to help solve problems, especially finding the parts and tools, when you are together in the middle of an ocean!
Instructors Tricia and Steve Nash and Pamela Bendall will cover at least 10 of the most common issues that occur on boats when underway.
