This week I'm joined by the lovely Celia Willison, helm of the NZ Women's Match Racing Team (more on them further below!).

STOCKISTS: Cater Marine (Opua), Sailors Corner (Westhaven, Auckland), Steve's Marine (Tauranga), Oddie's Marine (Picton), Zhik NZ (Penrose, Auckland) & www.zhik.com.

GO THE NZ WOMEN'S MATCH RACING TEAM!!

We're pretty proud of the recent achievements of one of our own previous employees, Celia Willison and her hard working NZ Women's Match Racing Team. They've racked up some great results in Auckland and Helsinki of late, pushing Celia up the Women's World Sailor's ranking from 44th to 22nd! Celia is pretty modest about this, but we think they are doing great and helping to encourage more female sailors into the industry!

Coming up - keep a keen eye on them racing in the Australia Women's Match Racing Championships (16th-19th Sept), then the Australian Open Nationals (20th-23rd Sept) and then back in NZ for the Open Nationals in October.

And all this whilst juggling studies - impressive ladies!! You can keep abreast of their sailing on their NZ Women's Match Racing Facebook page or through Live Sail Die

CATER MARINE NOW STOCKS A GREAT RANGE OF ZHIK SAILING GEAR!

If you're in the Bay of Islands, head into Cater Marine for a great range of Zhik sailing gear. Glen, Margaret and the team know Zhik gear inside out, so can certainly help you with all your sailing gear needs! Open 7-days!
