Fine tune your skills ahead of the RS600 Nationals at the RS Games

by Lee Bratley 6 Jul 2018 06:28 BST 14 July 2018

With the countdown to the RS Games ticking away in earnest - and nearly 30 RS600's already entered for our nationals at the WPNSA event - it's a great time to dust off the harness and get those skills fine-tuned ahead of the event with our latest Allen sponsored event down at Stone SC on Saturday 14th of July.

We've seen great numbers of boats at recent events - 20+ for our inlands at Grafham for example - and with the biggest fleet in recent years all set for Weymouth in August, now is the time to get involved with these spectacular dinghies.

The day at Stone is set to start at midday and, under the guidance of 600 guru George Smith, we'll try to cover everything 600 during the course of the day. With an invite to join in with racing at Stone on the Sunday, those all-new silky smooth skills can be put straight into action.

Allen Sailing have been providing support for many of our events this season and this continues, with our huge thanks, at this event over on the Blackwater estuary.

With free camping and a bar on the Saturday evening, this is a no-brainer for all of our 600 pilots and, perhaps, all of those interested in taking a look at these spectacular dinghies close up.

Details of Stone Sailing Club can be found at www.stonesailingclub.org.uk while more information about the RS600 can be found at www.facebook.com/groups/316067645076133
