Solo Open at Shustoke Sailing Club - Preview

Shustoke Sailing Club will be welcoming all Solo sailors to their open event on Sunday 3rd June.

There will be three races, briefing will be at 10.30, and first race starts at 11.00. Entry fee is £13 per boat. Sailing instructions and notice of race are available on our website, www.shustokesailingclub.co.uk/ssc-events/open-meetings/solo-open

21 Solos took part last year with a Shustoke boat taking the top spot. Solos are often frequenting the top places of our club race series so they look forward to welcoming new challengers!

Sailing Chandlery Solo Midland Series concludes
Ian Ingram wins overall series at Staunton Harold The series finished on a high with a good number of visitors travelling to Staunton Harold for the final event; 16 people needed one more event to qualify which seemed to have motivated the travellers. Sunshine and shifts for 50 competitors The first Sunday of the Revett winter series at Leigh & Lowton Sailing Club brought a light drizzle for the early risers, but sunshine for the rest of the day.
