Allen is delighted to announce its support of the 2018 Moth Nationals which will be taking place at Thorpe Bay Yacht Club on the 11th – 14th of July.

Managing Director of Allen Brothers, Liz Adams, commented "The International Moth has always been at the forefront of sailing, requiring hardware that keeps up with the demands of the ever changing concepts and designs."

Liz then went on to say "We are proud to be a sponsor of the Moth Nationals as we know our hardware meets the needs of the sailors, not only in build quality and reliability but in looks and style too!"

Allen has been developing a range of eXtreme High Load blocks, which they claim is more than capable of standing up to the punishment the Moth's vang systems can dish out. The XHL range has recently been expanded; the blocks are now available in 20, 30 and 40mm sheave sizes. The XHL blocks boast an impressive dynamic load capability of 500, 750 & 1000Kg. Available in a variety of colours, through your local chandlery or from the Allen website, so you can add some style to your ride.

As well as manufacturing and distributing from their base in Essex, just around the corner from the 2018 Moth Nationals, Allen Brothers also continues to develop innovative sailing hardware by working with their team of elite sailors, including Dylan Fletcher, the 2017 Moth National Champion.
