South Windermere Sailing Club's transformation is complete

Last year we had a decrepit shed.
Now, thanks to the National Trust and Sport England, South Windermere Sailing Club has a new clubhouse (with a committee room), and fantastic changing rooms with underfloor heating.
Underneath the clubhouse there is a huge under croft housing the 2 rescue boats, a workshop and kit storage.
There is also a larger boat park, which is already well on the way to being filled with a variety of racing dinghies and FF15's (limited boat parking was previously the main restriction on expanding the membership).

There is kids coaching or general sailing on Saturday mornings, a 'friendly' race series on Saturday afternoons, and a full and varied race programme on Sundays, including cup days, short race series, and long distance races.
