This Winter, IOCA (South) expanded its traditional Pre-Zone Winter Training programme by offering coaching at both Spinnaker SC & Bosham SC. Lead Coach Andy Kerr and his team kept the 66 young sailors busy over the six sessions at each venue with a mixture of structured training, a bit of theory, some fun games and informal racing.
With participants coming from clubs across the South, we hope to see many of these sailors joining in the Regatta Fleet at events through the spring and summer, particularly the Optimist Southern Traveller Series sponsored by Rooster. See south.ioca.org.uk/traveller-series-introduction
