Interview with Nacra 17 World Champion Ben Saxton

Mark Jardine, Managing Editor of Sail-World.com and YachtsandYachting.com, spoke to Nacra 17 World Champion Ben Saxton on the Harken stand at the RYA Dinghy Show 2018.

Ben talks about the transition to foils in the class, his new partnership on the boat with Katie Dabson, the feeling of winning the Worlds, how they handle the loads generated on the boat and how the sailing technique in this new class is still developing.

Ben also discusses his sailing in other classes, such as the RS200 and J/70, as well as his rivalry with Nick Craig in the Endeavour Trophy, the UK Champion of Champions event.
