For 40 years Volvo Cork Week has welcomed teams from overseas to the bi-annual regatta hosted by the Royal Cork Yacht Club. What better time than St.Patrick's Day for the UK Launch for Volvo Cork Week 2018.
Representing Volvo Cork Week in Hamble will be: Volvo Cork Week Director of Racing, Rosscoe Deasy, Event Chairman Kieran O'Connell, and Gavin Deane General Manager of the Royal Cork Yacht Club. There will be complimentary refreshments and some fantastic prizes, including one free entry to 2018 Volvo Cork Week.
Senior members of the organising authority for Volvo Cork Week will be in attendance for two events in Hamble, which just happen to co-inside with the England Vs Ireland Six Nations Rugby, and Paddy's Day! All sailors interested in Volvo Cork Week will be made very welcome, but please tell us that you are coming so we can put you on the invitation list.

Later at 7pm, join us for a 'Dark and Stormy' drinks reception in the King and Queen, High Street, Hamble.
We have two pairs of Dubarry Crosshaven Sailing Boots to give away. One draw for all UK boats entered at the launch and another for all attendees at the King & Queen drinks reception. Winners announced on the day. Free entry to Volvo Cork Week '18 for one lucky UK Boat that enters at the launch.T&C apply.
