Autumn is officially here, but for enthusiastic yachties across the country, that doesn't mean a break from sailing.

Many sailors are still vying for a trophy in their club series as summer and twilight seasons draw to an end, with plenty of races, regattas and offshore events still to come over the autumn and winter months.

One of the biggest events of the year on Sydney Harbour took place this weekend – Middle Harbour Yacht Club's Sydney Harbour Regatta. Over 160 yachts took part across multiple classes and divisions for a glorious day of sailing on Saturday, and an exciting ride for the divisions that raced on Sunday, in conditions gusting up to almost 30 knots.

Here are a few of the yachts currently seeking additional crew for their team. If you'd like to find out more or apply for any of these spots, simply create a free account and message the yacht's skipper through MySail, or email us for more information.

Available Crewing Positions:

Enchantress - Newport, NSW
Northshore 33, 33 foot, RMYC

Enchantress is a competitive boat with a relaxed, calm atmosphere and a crew who enjoy a laugh and a beer. There is no yelling on Enchantress.

The team regularly does Monday twilight races and looking to do more Friday afternoon races at Royal Motor Yacht Club Broken Bay (RMYC). They're looking for crew to join the boat on a regular basis - 5pm Monday and between 2:30-4:30 on Fridays depending on the season. Experience not necessary for someone who's willing to learn.
