The RYA Dinghy Show 2018, presented by Suzuki in association with Yachts & Yachting and Gill, (03-04 March, Alexandra Palace, London) will see the unveiling of the new Eric Twiname XS RIB on the Yamaha Motor UK stand (G28).

Yamaha have been supporting the Eric Twiname Trust since 1993 and this year will see the 33rd vessel, ET33, being handed over to the Trust.

The Eric Twiname Trust has been running since the 1980's and supports a wide range of sailing classes and clubs. Their vessels are used predominantly as support and safety boats at official UK national and regional dinghy events.

Currently they run seven RIBs between the 420, Topper, Laser, Techno, 29er, RS Feva and Optimist class with the hope to add to the RS Tera class in 2019.

ET33, is a 5m XS RIB fitted with a Yamaha FT50 Outboard. The boat has been designed and built by Barnett Marine specifically for the trust and paired with the High Thrust Yamaha outboard to offer excellent reliability as well as improved handling when manoeuvring.

Ed Stevens, Commercial Marine Sales Manager at Yamaha Motor UK explains: 'The Eric Twiname Trust is a fantastic organisation which supports sailors from a variety of backgrounds, we are pleased to be able to support them with a product which we believe will serve them well for many years to come.'

Join them on the stand at 13.00 on Saturday for the official presentation.
