2018 is set to be an exciting year for Thundercat Racing having relocated and expanded their HQ team at Universal Marina. This year's Thundercat Racing season will be reaching even bigger highs, with the opportunity of winning and Aquarius Inflatables raceboat hull worth £3,800 for loyalty and dedication.

That's right, fast or slow this year it doesn't matter... New and old race teams can qualify for the chance to win a boat for just competing! 'Aquarius Inflatables S.A' are showing their support to the UK series by donating and launching their new 2018 Aqua-Cat raceboat. Simply turn up to each of the National rounds and compete to be entered into the prize draw*.

Thundercat Racing in collaboration with Universal Marina have recently relocated to the marina's waterside location, on the eastside of the Hamble river. This will give club members lots of exciting events and facilities that will be announced during their AGM on 3rd February at the new HQ.

You can catch a round of the national series at the following venues:

  • 30th March – 1st April, Stewartby Bedford
  • 21st – 22nd April, Fistral, Cornwall
  • 23rd – 24th June, Lymington, Hampshire
  • 21st – 22nd July, Chasewater, Burntwood
  • 4th – 5th August, Minehead, Somerset
  • 1st – 2nd September, Rothervalley, Rotherham
"2018, a year of fantastic opportunities for both the Race Series and our Community. Being part of Universal Marina offers us the ability to expand our Youth Development, Education and Community projects. Come and get involved, on or off the water this is the time to join us! The racing is going to be awesome!" said Race Director, Fiona Pascoe.
