The Sprint 15 is the second largest catamaran class in the UK and by far the largest single handed one. It is a multi-purpose craft offering affordable very competitive one design racing at club and national level as well as the chance to just potter and cruise either one up or with a friend or friends.

This year is its 40th birthday and big celebrations are planned. As part of this the Class Association and the manufacturer, Windsport International, are together offering great prizes in free to enter draws at the Dinghy Show on the 3rd and 4th March. One of these is targeted at prospective new Sprint 15 Sailors and offers a free professional one day catamaran conversion session for half boat sailors together with free membership of the Association in order to help them continue what will be a new love and the other, for existing converts, is free entry to the national championships which are based at Weymouth.

All in all an exciting year is planned with full details soon to be available on our website or our Facebook Page Sprint 15 Association.

So come along to Stand B24 and see what all the fuss is about and what you are missing out on.
