Parkstone Yacht Club invites you to join us for what will probably be the best dinghy and keelboat regatta in the South!

Once again we shall be enjoying courses throughout the week that have been designed for individual classes whether "Olympic", windward/leeward or "round the harbour" courses. Racing is predominantly in the harbour, we will be having two races in Poole Bay on the Wednesday for the classes that want it.

With racing set to start at 1400 each day there will be plenty of time in the mornings to explore some of the beautiful surroundings in the Poole area such as the Jurassic coast, alternatively you could treat yourselves to a lie in!

Thanks to great sponsorship from our title sponsors adidas and additional support from the Fencing Centre and LV, the club will be providing a free sailors' supper for all competitors on Sunday night, a free drink each day and an extravagant Rio themed party on Friday night after the prizegiving.

Additionally we will be having a daily draw (for all competitors) of 2 x £200 Adidas sail clothing vouchers. See the adidas website for the amazing kit that you could win www.catamaransports.com

Come and join us for a great mix of first class racing, we will ensure a very warm welcome and fabulous sailing! See more details on our website www.pooleweek.org

Studies in concentration A lot happened on the final day of Poole Week 2024. The wind was in one of its light and fickle moods, the tide was ebbing for the first starts, and the harbour was busy with traffic that had been mercifully light earlier in the week. Posted on 31 Aug 2024
