Mirror Open at Cam Sailing Club

Nine Mirror dinghies gathered on 24 Sept at Cam S.C. for the Open Meeting for the American Cup. The meeting being part of the East Anglian Travellers circuit. Very light and variable winds prevailed.
The first race sailed in a very light northerly wind established the pattern for the meeting being won by Marj Winter with Tim Lachlan-Cope crewing, followed home by Ray Smith and Hetty Baalham.
The second race had slightly more wind and was sailed in a light south easterly wind. Once again Marj Winter showed superior boat speed and come home first followed again by Ray Smith.
The third race sailed in a light Southerly wind was again won by Marj with Ray second.
