As you'll have noticed, we've launched the brand-new look for YachtsandYachting.com. We've cleaned up the layout, made it far better on mobile devices, and also the website now has a similar look and feel to our sister site, Sail-World.com.

Mark Jardine, Managing Editor of YachtsandYachting.com commented, "It's been a few years since we gave the site a major overhaul and web technology, especially when it comes to phones, has moved on a long way. Hopefully you will now find it far easier to read the latest news from events in the UK and around the world on whatever device you are using."

"The new front page is designed to give our editorial features and marketing promotions more prominence, keeping them on display for longer. You can scroll down the page to load more news just as before."

Why not to take the opportunity to look around areas of YachtsandYachting.com you may not have visited before? Our clubs database has over 1,500 sailing and yacht clubs listed and the classes section shows everything from your favourite classes, including UK National Championship attendance and Gear Guides.

We've worked hard to test the new look, but if you notice anything which isn't working then please contact us and we'll do what we can to fix the issue.

Grabbing chances with both hands
Can bad weather actually lead to more sailing? There's been no getting away from the fact that it's been a pretty miserable start to 2024 weather-wise in the UK. February saw record rainfall (yes, I know we're famed for our rain over here), it's been seriously windy and generally chilly. Posted on 30 Apr
