D-One UK National Championship at Royal Torbay Yacht Club - Preview

The D One Nationals will take place at Royal Torbay Yacht Club from the 8th to the 10th of July. Sailors from the South West, Isle of Wight, South Coast and East of England will meet to talk D One's, enjoy a beer and race for the championship.

Multi-class champion Nick Craig will be back in his D One to defend his title and is undoubtedly the bookies favourite, but with some good form shown by the GBR boats at the recent Europeans others will also have an eye on the podium.

The Welsh contingent will no doubt fancy their chances given their team's current performance in the Euros!
