RC Laser Europeans 2016 to be held at Valenciennes, France

The RC Laser Europeans 2016 will take place at Etang du Vignoble, 70 Rue Malplaquet, 59300, organised by the RC Laser International Class Association, the French RC Laser class and the Cercle de Voile de Valenciennes.

Radio Control Laser International Class Association (RCLICA) has defined the rules for participation. The competition is open to competitors from countries sailing the RC Laser within the limit of 52 entries.

The registration package (including payment of the entry fees and possible meals expenses) has to be returned no later than 15 March 2016.

Each NCA, as appropriate, will provide the RCLICA and the CVV organizing authority by 15 March 2016 with the list of the competitors to be taken into account for the first and second round.

The List of the competitors selected after the 1st Round will be posted on the official web site (cvv-vrc.fr) on 18 March 2016.

1500 – 1830hrs: Confirmation of registration – Inspection of equipment
Free training

14 May
0900 – 1030hrs: Confirmation of registration – Inspection of equipment
1030hrs: Heats of the first race posted (HMS randomly generated) posted on the official notice board – Briefing to competitors
1100hrs: 1st Warning signal – Heats to follow
1800hrs: End of racing
1830hrs: General Assembly of the French National Class Association

15 May
0915hrs: Briefing
0930hrs: 1st Warning signal – Heats to follow
1800hrs: End of racing
2000hrs: Skippers' dinner at the club house

16 May
0915hrs: Briefing
0930hrs: 1st Warning signal – Heats to follow
1500hrs: End of racing
1600hrs: Prize giving ceremony
