Responsible for the operation of a successful leisure yachting business in a unique and beautiful setting on the Beaulieu Estate. This is a rare opportunity due to the retirement of the post holder.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent leadership and business skills and a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
Good boat handling skills and the willingness to lead by example are essential.
