Following feedback from visitors to last year's show, who wanted the RYA stand to be located nearer the members lounge, this year you'll find the RYA stand (B032) right heart of the show, directly in front of the Holiday Inn and the RYA member's lounge.
Drop by the stand throughout the week for all the latest advice and information to help you get started or improve your boating or purchase one of the latest RYA publications.
We see the return of the hugely popular Active Marina Experience giving you the chance to get out on the water and refresh your boating skills and gain top tips from expert instructors through our on-water workshops. As well as the usual 20% boat show discount for RYA members on all the RYA publications and eBooks (collect your eBook discount voucher at the show), to coincide with the launch of the new edition of RYA International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea by Tim Bartlett the publications team will be showcasing the, never seen before in the publications world, 360o lights and shapes tool. A brilliant new way to help you learn your lights and shapes, so make sure you drop by the stand to see it for yourself!
On Saturday 12 September (14.00) we will be presenting the prizes in the ilovesailing calendar competition. Pick up your copy of the 2016 calendar and you'll also receive your very own ilovesailing rubber duck for free! (Stocks are limited so make sure you get yours early!)
Then on Sunday (13 September) it's blast off for the final of the Honda RYA Youth RIB Championship 2015 (on the water off Berth 101) were the 28 regional finalists aged eight to 16 will put their RIB driving skills to the test in the hopes of being crowned champion. Pop down to the water's edge to cheer them on, the action takes place from 09.30.
While over in the RYA member's lounge (located in the Holiday Inn Hotel) we have a whole host of promotions and activities taking place.
