44 Solo dinghies entered, many thanks to all the visiting Solos for making it a great event. The race team headed by Henry Wright did a splendid job, thank you all.

I am Happy to be able to say that Jonathan Swain Solo 5559 a Carsington Member won the event with two firsts and discarding a 4th, great result.

Andy Tunnicliffe and Craig Williamson pushing hard finishing 2nd and 3rd respectively. Visitors from the Northern and Midlands circuit joined together to make a great day at Carsington and another very well attended Solo Open.

Looking forward to the Solo Welsh Champs at Abersoch next weekend and there is a local Solo Open at Ogston SC next Sunday.

Great racing and great chat in the clubhouse.
