......aaaaaaand we're back in the room!
Yes, after a long post-season hibernation, the Lightning368's are back this coming weekend when the 2015 Grand Prix series gets underway.
It's a trip out to Essex for the first in a year-long calendar of events that will see the class venturing further than ever before as the eleven event series travels far and wide, featuring some superb venues and more two-day events which will, doubtless, feature much 'socialising' in true Lightning style.
We're also going to be taking part in both the Lord Birkett and North West Norfolk Week as fun, non-championship events.
So if you have a Lightning, or can get hold of one, come down to one of our events and join us.
As for the coming weekend (18th/19th April) it's Up River Yacht Club, Hullbridge that will be hosting our first event. Saturday sees will be our traditional first-event-of-the-year training day to brush up skills, remind ourselves of some rules and/or simply catch up after a few months away from one another.
Sunday is race day with three races scheduled over the day.

With the weather forecast offering the chance of a bright weekend, this should be a fantastic weekend to kick off the season for the 368s.
