Today we celebrated the third day of racing at the Soto40 World Championship. The winner of both races was the boat Pajero, property of Eduardo De Souza Ramos.

The fifth race of the event started at 12:30 pm with an 8 knots NE wind. The Brasilian Pajero, property of Eduardo De Souza Ramos, with José María "Pichu" Torcida at the helm, made a good start and was the first to reach the first windward mark, followed by Horacio Pavez's Mitsubishi and Jorge Araneda' Santander. The places remained the same until the end of the race. With this result, Pajero added its first victory.

The second race of the day began at 1:50 pm with 18 knots of wind from the same direction. Crioula was the first to reach the windward mark in the first leg, but then the Pajero managed to be the first to cross the finish line, adding his second win of the day and of the championship. Mitsubishi and Santander had an incident at the leeward gate and they have not finished the race.

Santiago Lange, tactician of the Pajero Team, said: "The truth is that we are very happy, the crew did a great job. We started the championship badly, so today having won two races made us very happy. We have to keep working well, it is clear that the fleet is very competitive and there are many ups and downs, so we have to keep sailing well, think of us and keep this up."
